Johnny foreigner – rough loose and full of vigour. It comes in with a bang, runs circles around your head and leaves you dazed, confused and with a massive smile on your face.

It’s youthful, joyful and reminds us of many a summer house party. Not dissimilar The Grates in that style of busy happy in your face pop rock.
Their EP You Thought You Saw A Shooting Star But Yr Eyes Were Blurred With Tears And That Lighthouse Can Be Pretty Deceiving With The Sky So Clear And Sea So Calm is out now. Yeah, try saying that three times fast..

Check out their rad google maps map which references one of their old albums…
Or even better check out teh very cool things they are doing over on their blog, nice to see bands taking the time, seems it doesn’t happen all to much these day..
Everything about this band screams rad, even if momentarily some songs stand on the brink of sounding a little too young, the band has mastered moving forward from that sound and just bringing out something super fun.
AND – they really like ghosts too..
